The modular dredge ring floats are composed of two empty half shells and can be filled with closed cell environmentally friendly PU foam on specific customer request. The parts have in-built galvanized parts and are provided with galvanized accessories nuts and bolts etc. For anti corrosive environment. The two halves are first connected with the nuts bolts after placing them around the pipes and then finally for double strength are tied with high tension belts.
At present, our main products is PE FLOAT. RING FLOATS are generally molded by a high wear resistant 7 marine grade polyethylene. Strength and performance are the main criteria for design of these floats. Many different types of ring floats can also be custom built to suit requested application.
Dredge ring floats are available for pipe diameters 250 till 850mm in modular and single pass through ring float design.

Closed Cell Polyurethane filling is an optional feature and floats are available as empty shells as per customer requirements.
Cell Foam used is ‘Green Eco – friendly type’.
PN – indicates Pressure Rating - e.g. PN 16 – suitable for 16 kg/cm2.
SDR – Standard Dimension Ratio ( pipe OD to its thickness).
Accessories – galvanized nuts, bolts & tensioning straps provided with the floats as standard parts. Tension Machine available separately.
